Soo Excited!

Ok so for basically my whole life I have had this friend, well actually shes my bestest friend. We used to do everything together growing up including going to Girls Camp, Disneyland, everything. We spend sooo much time chatting on the phone, she calls me on the way to work some mornings and we even text during the day some days. She was even there when my Kylee was born and all my kids just LOVE her and her husband. So last night while Sol and I were on the computer looking at different cell phone companies trying to pick who we should switch to, I got a call on Sols Cell from my very bestest friend in the whole world! She was like "umm is your phone dead or what I tried calling you and I sent you a picture to your phone, go check it." So I did with her still on the phone. It was a picture of a positive pregnancy test! I started screaming and jumping up and down and yelling "YAY! WE GET TO BE PREGNANT TOGETHER!!" She is only 4 weeks along so that would put her due right around my Kylees birthday but we are both soo excited, I even almost started to cry in the tub last night! I am gonna try to go back to AZ for her baby but with a 6 week old, a 2 year old, a 4 yr old and a 5 almost 6 year old in school I dont know how well that would work but oh well, I am still gonna try! I would put a picture up of the both of us but she would seriously KILL ME!
Anyways thats the exciting news from our house. Oh ya and I am FINALLLY starting to feel human again-yay! I will be 11 weeks along on Saturday so its about time!!

Mad Props To Sol

Ok so I just needed to Brag on Sol for a minute. Wednesday he got up early, early like he was up and out of the house by 7:30 (normally he wouldnt be up and out till almost 9) and went and worked a FULL/CRAZY day with Adam. (he has been working 2 days a week with/for Adam since his leg is broken to help him out so he can still have some money rolling in while his leg is healing-about another 4-6 months till he is completly back on his feet) He got home from work and played with the kids everything from coloring pictures to duck-duck-goose. Then we went to walmart to get stuff to make homemade pizza. All thur this I was feeling fine (well as fine as a 9 week pregnant lady can) then a lady who just got done smoking came and blew in my face and I was SOO sick. I look at Sol and say "we have to get out of here NOW!" So I take the kids and both carts and go up to the front to get in line to check out while Sol gets the last couple things I needed. We get home and make the pizzas, I have 1 slice of mine and I still feel REALLY sick. I put the kids in bed and go take a bath to see if that would help-it didnt. So I tell Sol I am going to bed to see if I can shake it and BAM it hit like hurricane Katrina. I was throwing up about every 30 min the whole night- I had the worst 24 hour flu bug I have ever had. And to make it better I am 9 weeks pregnant so still feeling nauseated from that. So thru the night Sol got up and dealt with Emma (for some reason she got up 3 or 4 times that night-she never really does that)then got the girls up and did the breakfast thing. Made the big girls clean thier room and do thier chores and then got the big girls dressed, put Emma down for a nap and took the big girls with him to all his dealerships up in Clarksville to pick up checks. He even went to Walmart and got diapers and batteries for the girls' leapsters and then to Mcdonalds for lunch. They came back so happy and excited about thier trip to all "daddys works". He kept asking me if I needed anything and kept the girls out while I was trying to rest and kept them entertained and happy (for the most part)
I am feeling MUCH better today- a little nauseated but I think thats baby sickness rather than the flu.
p.s. The top pic is at the lake Sol holding Chels, the one after that is Sol holding Kylee and then the bottom one is of course is Emma napping with daddy

I Really Lived-By Sister Hinckley

I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.

I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.

I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Schenk's lawn.

I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children.

I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.

I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.

I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.

I found this today on another persons blog and loved it. She is such an insperation to me and what I want to and should be.

Catching Up For The Month Of June

Well things have surely picked up around here this month. Between Young Womens Camp Fundraiser Yard Sale, Dentist appts, Dr. Appts, Birthday Parties, Recent Car Purchases, Positive Pregnancy Pee-Stick Tests,Broken Legs, Possible Blindness, Lake Trips, and Morning Sickness/Baby fatigue I am about dead these days. Besides, I keep forgetting to upload pictures from my camera too. Hopefully we will get thru July ok and then the big girls start school August 6th HOORAY!!

Here are some pics of our YW Camp Fundraier yard Sale too! We did so good-we paid for all the YW in the ward to go to camp and them some! :)

Our massive Clothes Mound. I was sooo done looking at all these clothes all day then having to load them back up and take them all to Good Will was HORRIBLE!

Our Brother-In-Law Adam broke his leg the weekend after Memorial Day weekend riding his dirtbike. (the same day I am helping the YW with the yard sale) Basically his Right let is pretty much broken from his knee down so that means no work for him which means more work for Sol. So in order to help Adam with his work and still keep up with his, Sol has been working almost every Saturday this month. And if hes not working we are over there trying to help Rachel and Adams brother Jay take care of him. There is no way I would be able to survive a day having to take care of a total cripple like that-I now pray every day that Sol stays healthy and able to work and take care of himself.

Speaking of Sols health, one more thing on that note. A couple weeks ago Sol started complaining about his eyes hurting, his depth perception was off, rings around the lights at night, even that his vision was foggy-all this WITH his glasses on. So we get him to his eye dr. and the dr says "well, your vision has dramatically changed in the last 5 months and I am not sure why, you need to see a specialist as soon as possible." So that puts my WONDERFUL prengnat hormones in full swing. I instantly start freaking out thinking Sol is going blind. "oh my gosh, your not going to be able to see the girls grow up and get married, you may not be able to see this babys birth, etc." So the next morning Rachel keeps the girls while I take Sol to the specialist and he says well its either an infection in the eye or herpes. So I start looking at Sol like ok do you have something to tell me?!? Well then the dr looks at me and says No, its not genital herpes its like the herpes that some people get with Cold Sores. I get BAD cold sores, like HUGE 3rd eye type Cold Sores on my lip. The infection was likely caused by Sol swimming in good ole OLD HICKORY lake a week before that when he was dumb and jumped in the water with his glasses on so he had to open his eyes under water and fish around for them on the bottom of the lake. So I start relaxing at this point and practically drag Sol out of there telling him thats exactly why I dont get in that nasty lake, blah blah blah! Then what do I know 3 days later, A FREAKIN 3RD EYE BALL ON MY BOTTOM LIP! I told Sol thats what I get for being a good wife and kissing his eyes better! Sols doing MUCH better now, he has to keep doing his eye drops every 2 hours for a while still now but at least his vision is better now and hes not going blind or has glaucoma. Oh ya and the day of the dr appt. we go to Panera Bread because I am craving it so bad- I love the turkey atrichoke sandwich with the cheddar broccoli soup. We finish up eating walk outside and I instantly get sick from the smell of the tire store in the parking lot and we dont even get to the car before I am puking everything I just ate right back up! It even got in my hair so I had to go borrow clothes from Rachel and shower at her house because I was making myself sick from the smell then I get done and Sol tells me we are going to the lake so I then have to go to Target and find a swimsuit but to no avail due to my increasing bust/belly. So now Panera doesnt even sound good to me anymore! :(

In between Adams leg breaking and Sols blindness, I GOT A NEW TO ME CAR! I got a 2004Mercury Mountaineer. Most of the bells and whistles included. Leather seats, Rear Air, CD player. The only thing I want done to it is put in an electric start so it will start cooling off or in the winter heating up before we have to get in it and I also want to darken the windows a bit more. It has some but my seat is soo dang hot when I get in still. It seats 7 so even with all of us in it until Feb. we have 2 extra seats, its crazy having extra room AND being able to go places while Sol is at work.

The girls also had thier first Dentist appt this week on Tuesday. Happy to report NO CAVATIES for Kylee but Chelsea had 3 small ones between her back teeth. Two on one side, one on the other side. They said that her mouth is so small that its still nearly impossible to floss back there so ther isn't really much I could have done to help it. I have to take her back in Sept. for them to fix one side then they have to fix the other side later. I was gonna get pictures but I forgot my camera, WOOPS!

We went to the lake last Saturday while Rachel and Adam were in Texas so we decided to relax and go the lake. The kids loved it. We went to a part in the lake where they had a sand beach for the kids to play so we docked and let them run for a bit.

We also have done Chelseas 4th Birthday party this month too. Her birthday is on the 5th but since Adam had to keep going into surgury for his leg about once a week for the first couple weeks we postponed the party till the 10th. So here are pictures of her birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. Earlier that day I took the kids to Walmart to pick up the cake and when we got home Emma had gotten into it and ruined it. So I had to take it back and have them redecorate it. They did fix it but not without some arguing and drama involved. I almost threw the cake at the bakery manager! :S
I have been starting to potty train Emma this past while too. I have found its much easier to potty train girls in the summer when they can wear dresses rather then full on jeans, socks, shoes, and all the winter warm gear. I got a funny video clip of her on the potty the other day and had to share. She was in the tub with the big girls and was yelling for me that she "pooped" so I go check the tub and there was nothing there but I thought I should go put her on there just in case. Sorry its Crooked! Just tilt your head! lol

Quatro

Well I went to my first OB appt today for "Quatro" (we have started calling this baby Quatro-since its baby number 4 or Two Scoops because I put 2 scoops of protien in my smoothies every morning) and everything looks good. Due date is set for Feburary 12, 2009 so that makes me 6 weeks and 2 days along. I even got to hear the heartbeat, its so crazy to hear it for the first time, I love it!
