Ok this is funny

I saw this on one of my friends blog so I thought I would give it a whirl while I am monitoring the night time giggles from Kylee and Chelseas room. This is what I got! LOL

Your a White-Chocolate Chip Macadamian Nut Cookie!

You're the perfect balance of white chocolaty extravagance and down-to-earth, nutty crunch. You appreciate the luxurious things in life, but you're also deliciously approachable. You'd probably have just as much fun exploring a fancy department store as you would hiking around in the woods. You're a classy, stylish, and all around delightful creation.

Heres another one:

Which Celebrity Family Are You?

The Lohans!

Lindsay's family practically keeps the tabloids in business – her mom parties as hard as she does, and her dad spent time in jail – but your relatives could probably inspire just as many headlines. Instead of hiding from the paparazzi, your family welcomes the attention. Lindsay, Ali, Michael and Dakota are all working in show business, and Dina is determined to keep her kids' careers on track while also maintaining her own superstar lifestyle. This family is packed with HUGE personalities, and sometimes those personalities tend to conflict a bit. When you're all together, it's probably like a reality show, but without the cameras. (Someone needs to get you guys a TV deal.)

Scentsy

Ok so I signed up as a consultant for a company called Scentsy. They are kinda like Salt City candles or Yankee candles but instead of wicks and all that they use warmers and bars so there is no flame, etc.
I like thier stuff because they burn just above body temp so even if the kids get it, it wont burn them so they are child friendly!
If anyone wants to order anything just call me or browse thru the catalog online at and let me know what yall want and I will get it ordered for ya!

Changes

So we go to church yesterday and of course since we are a few minutes late so we are ushered to the second pew from the front and our stake president is sitting on the stand. He gets up and announces that for the first time in the history of the Madison stake (used to be called the Nashville stake) they are splitting 1 ward to create 2 wards-a total shock. I had to idea anything was about to happen, I didnt even hear anything going on thru the grapevine.

So they took our ward, the Hendersonville ward and split it so now there is the Hendersonville and White House wards. So of course I bawled thru sacrament meeting-all the young women a.k.a "my girls" were on the stand to sing for a guys misson farewell and of course it hit them hard and they were bawling.

So we get out of sacrament meeting like 40 minutes late because of the split and the farewell in one meeting. I talk to a few people then head down to Young Women. Now, mind you I am crushed by now, realizing who is and who isnt in my ward and seeing all my girls crying and all that-yes, I am only the Beehive advisor but I love my calling and my girls almost to an unhealthy level-I leaned over to Sol right after they announced it and told him I am going to camp next year for sure now-THE WHOLE WEEK! Anyways, I get down to Young Women and they announce we are having the guys come in and they are having a combined testimony meeting. So yes, another bawl fest. Sol felt so bad that I was so sad that while I was in YW he went to Sams Club to find me an ipod-even though we cant really aford the one I want he was going to try...

Anyways, it should be interesting how things pan out, before we could fit our "huge" ward in the chapel and 1 small over flow that only held less than 5 rows of chairs and now they pretty much just divided it down the middle so its going to be half the size.

p.s. the pic is of the leaders at camp this year....

I think I have Issues

So heres the thing. We have 2 dogs- Tina a 1 1/2 year old pitbull, very sweet, never had any issues with her and Nicky, our 6 month old Teacup Chichuahuah. He is so sweet but he has this little devilish side too. He is the best snuggler loves to be on your lap if you are sitting down, sleeps with Kylee every night. But the dang thing refuses to be house trained unless he is in his pet taxi crate and even then he makes the most horrible noise you seriously think he is in there with something majorly wrong. So heres the story:

Saturday we get up and get ready for the birthday festivities. Normally we just put the dogs in the backyard (we have a 6 ft. fence that Sol built this last Spring-works well for Tina but he hasnt put the last plank on the gate yet so Nicky can get out) and Nicky gets out but he doesnt go far-usually. Normally he just goes to the front door then if we dont let him in then he goes back to the backyard. Well, yesterday Sol let Tina out already before we left and in the rush to find kids and make sure they had thier shoes, coats, the diaper bag was stocked and all that FUN stuff that makes you wish you waited longer before having kids, I forgot to let Nicky out. Well we get home about 2 AM Sunday morning (Tim/Taras house is a little over an hour away) and Nicky comes running to the door and Sol starts in on his "Holy Crap Chantelle, Now there is all kinds of "tootsie rolls" and blah blah blah (at that point I just start toning him out like the adults on Charlie Brown and just start picking up the "tootsie rolls" do a quick blog and go to bed.)

Well the next day, Sunday we sleep in because we have no kids and we were getting ready for church, with no kids. And as we are getting ready to walk out of the house I am thinking, Oh I better let Nicky out so he doesnt leave me Tootsie Rolls all over again. So I do.

Well, we come home last night (mind you I am telling the girls how much Nicky missed them so they will just get in the car somewhat happy instead of bawling they still want to see thier friends) and there is NO NICKY! So I drive around the neighborhood, calling for him, whistling, the whole thing and still NO NICKY! We then decide to say our family prayer and ask Heavenly Father to help us find him and all that jazz. Then I go sit on the front porch praying and hoping he is going to come back while Kylee is inside crying herself to sleep-after she sat on my lap and watched Brothers and Sisters with me bawling then too-the only way I got her to sleep is by telling her that if she goes to bed, I will help her makes signs for him in the morning. So of course I am bawling too-there is nothing that makes a parents heart break worse then seeing your child that sad and know that there isnt really anything you can do to make it better. So I get her to sleep and decide that if hes not back in the morning then we will make signs and start a vigorous search for our 3 lb. teacup "chichuaula" as Kylee calls him.

Well, at about 12 or 12:30 AM I still cant sleep, tossing and turning, broken hearted (not for me, I didnt mind having him find a new home, I am done picking up tootsie rolls all over the house) for Kylee. So I decide I am going to start making the signs then so that the people leaving for work in a few hours will see them and maybe he will come back quicker. So, I get up and get my back marker out and a whole stack of printer paper and make up about 10 signs. Mind you its 30-40 degrees outside and about 1 AM by then. I get my coat on and my shoes get Sols work out pants on and tighten them up as far as they go and then roll the elastic band down in hopes they will stay up while I walk. Get my packing tape and stick 2-one on each side of the mailbox. Then I head down to the end of the stree and stick one on the stop sign then across the street on the streetlight I put 2. Then go to the street in back of us and put the same thing there. And at this point I cant feel my fingers, my legs are freezing and I am still praying in my heart that hes not frozen to death or something horrible like that. I get home and crawl into bed all frostbitten and Sol jumps up so fast it was almost funny-"WHAT THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN DOING?!?" So I told him he rolls his eyes and goes back to sleep. Well I still cant sleep. So I get up and check all the doors a couple more times and then finally go to bed at about 3 AM.

Well, wouldnt ya know it, 7 AM the doorbell rings and its a lady bringing him back, Kylee got to wake up and have her puppy back. I was soo glad I almost started crying. And Kylee came up to me as we are all sitting there in the livingroom loving on him and says "MOM, Heavenly Father listened to our prayer last night, IT WORKED, IT WORKED!" I was then sooo greatful for the power of prayer and the testimony that my little 4 year old girl is starting to build and suddenly the long night awake and the frostbite and everything else just seemed so worth it to see her so happy again.

Middle Of The Night Blogging....Total Randomness

Ok so first off, today, ok yesterday since its past midnight was my birthday and it was pretty good. I got a funny Napoleon Dynamite card from Sol and I got to take my sleeping pills the night before and Sol had the kids all night and then I got to sleep in in the morning. (He also took the inititive and got a sitter the day before when he bought my card) Then we dropped the kids off to Tim/Tara and they watched the kids while we had an afternoon of shopping-I got a coat, a pair of jeans, 2 shirts. Then we went to lunch/dinner at Logans Steakhouse. Then when we got back to Tim/Taras they had 2 little German Chocolate cakes and a whole get together with all our friends and family there. Oh ya and I decided that turning 24 is kinda hard for some reason. Sol says its not the number, its the stage in life we are at. For instance, the other night we were looking at old home movies and we were laughing at the fact that we spent a whole Friday night doing that instead of something "fun". My sister said that it wasnt the fact that we did it it was that I was 23 years old and even had old home movies to watch. So I guess I am old or something similar or just lead an unusually old life for a 24 year old.....

Also, I have to just say that I have the best friends-and family in the world! We arent lucky enough to be able to just drop the kids off to grandma like some people are but we have adopted our own set of surrogate grandparents-or they have adopted us either way you want to look at it. They help me soo much with the kids both in and out of church since most weeks I am there with my 3 kids by myself. My friend Whitney, ya she rocks! My girls just love her and her husband-they are my age and when the time comes are going to be the best parents ever! Her parents the Bernantz' they are awesome too, so nice and friendly, they are the adopted grandparents. Tim and Tara watch the girls pretty much anytime we ask and even keep all 3 of them overnight (thats where they are right now, YAY) The list can go on and on but I am just very thankful for such good friends and family in both mine and my kids lives! Love you all!

Anyways, I am starting to ramble now and I am sure things are starting to get misspelled so I better get off here and get to bed! NIGHT!

Whew!

Ok so Halloween was fun, we decorated the whole front of the house. We had everything from a fog machine to skulls in the spider web that took over the whole front of the house. All the neighbors were all saying how good it looked and all the kids were freaked out when Sol started to flash the outside lights. He even had a CD blaring thru the windows too. I saw some teenage girls trying to get the courage to come to the door. Anyways I will try to figure this thing out and get some pictures posted. They are of what it looked like in the daytime, it looked soo much better in the night... I think I am going to try to get a pic of the girls the night of the ward trunk or treat too, we will see...

Also, my 24th birthday is tomorrow, I know some of you are saying wow thats still young but its making me feel old! REALLY REALLY OLD! I dont think I am ready to be 24 and have a Kindergartener in the fall....But ready or not here we come!
