Funny

Ok so I was looking at my Sister in laws blog and she had on hers a link to a site that had a death predictor on it. It was funny with what it came back with!

Chantelle: At age 30 your head will explode after being exposed to Britney Spears for thirty-six consecutive hours!

Nice to know I have 6 more years left to live and I am wondering if I should start a lawsuit against Britney?

Heres the link if ya want to try it!

Gotta Love Vacations With 3 Kids In Tow!

Ok I havent posted anything in a while, thats because I have been in Arizona for Christmas/New Years. It was so much fun (slight sarcasm intended)

This is just one example of how "fun" the trip really was. This happened Friday night (the night before I left to come home-January 4)

Thursday night my sister and I wanted to take our girls to Texas Roadhouse together since they hadnt gotten to play hardly at all on the trip since her daughter was with her dad a lot. So we go to dinner -always fun eating out with 4 kids age 7, 4, 3, and15 months-if you havnt done it, try it and you will see why I am okay never leaving my house.

We are at dinner "enjoying" ourselves and we decided to let the girls have a sleep over at Grandma Ivys house (my moms-where we were staying) So we get them all settled in at my moms with a Princess DVD and finally get them all to sleep about 10-11ish. Wake up the next morning and Caity is going to see the snow with her dad again so this was goodbye for the girls. So we let them play pretty much whatever-which means there were messes ALL over the house-play dough, littlest pet shop, princess paper dolls, you name it it has been pulled out!

So Caity goes with her dad, we get the house cleaned up and decide that we wanted in-n-out for lunch. So my sister goes home to get ready and I get me and my girls ready.

Lisa comes over to get me and the girls and we talk my dad into going too so he drives his truck and I buckle my girls in the backseat of my sisters Avalon-can I just tell you 3 carseats in the back of a car is the funnest thing to buckle and unbuckle, oh mercy...

Anyways, they dont have any highchairs in in-n-out so I have to sit Emma in a chair next to me-but not only is it a single chair, it spins! So the whole time I am trying to eat my yummy cheeseburger with one hand while trying to make sure the other girls are eating and Emma isnt being dumped on her head. So as we are walking out, we find the highchairs, right inside the first set of doors!

So we get all the kids bucked up and my sister goes well theres a new Old Navy around the corner, I want to go see if there are any pants for Caity in there, wanna go? I say why not, its not like I would be doing anything at my moms house anyways. So we go. Well we dont have a stroller but Old Navy has the carts for one kid with a big bag thing on the back. So Emma goes in but Kylee and Chels have to walk. Well first thing, Chels DARTS to the stupid puppy bench where she pushes the button a million and a half times.

So we have to deal with the kids darting thru the racks, etc. (normally at home they would get spanked or something but when you are out in public people literally look crazy at you when you try to do anything of that) Well Chelsea has to go potty, normally you have about 20 minutes from the time she says I gotta go to actually having to change pants, So I tell her to hold it we are almost done anyways, well I look down and shes crying and yup, she peed her pants. So, Lisa grabs up an outfit and tells me to head to the bathroom and start getting her changed and she will meet me there with the clothes, On the way there I realize Emma is poopy too. So I get in the bathroom and start changing Emmas poops while Chels is in the bathroom knocking over the wet floor sign a million times trying to get her jeans off without taking her boots off. So Emma gets changed, I put her on the floor to walk around so she doesnt bail off the diaper changing thing and we end up in the urgent care for the second time of the trip. Well I help Chels get her clothes off, Lisa comes in with the new clothes. Kylee decides she needs to go potty so she goes then like the faithful, obiedient child she is she goes to washer her hands. The sink is clogged so shes getting water EVERYWHERE-all over her shirt, all over the floor (I am guessing thats why the wet floor sign was there) So I stick her under the automatic blower thing in the bathroom-shes freaking out because its hot air blowing her hair, her clothes, her face, everything. So Got her semi-dry then look at Emma and she has a jar of something, I pick it up out of her hands and realize its the bathroom deodorizer dumped all over her, the floor, etc. So by then I am ready to just completly freak out and just march all my kids wet, peed on, and smelling like an Old Navy Bathroom out to the car and put them all to bed.

So Lisa gets Emma another outfit and I get it on her-while all the kids are lined up against the wall with treats up and down that if they move a muscle so help me! Then I realize that Chels peed all the way down into her boots, so Lisa gets some shoes and brings them back.

So Chels and Emma are both in new outfits leaving the store and Kylee is mad because I made her stand in the hot air.

We get all the kids buckled. Lisa goes well we might as well venture out to the Opry Mills Mall while we are out this far. So we go back to her house and pick up a present she had to take back and a stroller.

Well on the way there Emma gets a hold of the dr. pepper that Chels had and dumps it all over. So we get to the mall and throw the Old Navy bathroom episode clothes into the trunk and head into the gymboree outlet store in the mall-lisa gets the employee discount there. So we get in the store and get each girl another outfit so the other ones arent sad, get emma changed and try to salvage the night.

Well as we are walking into another store, Chels decides to get in the stroller and it tips back, nocking her head and scaring the crap out of Emma. Twice it did that.

So at this point we are done with what we have to do, my kids have been in 2 different outfits. So we head to mcdonalds to feed the kids before they crash in the car. Chels fell asleep with her cheeseburger in her hand, Kylee inhaled hers and Emma woke up when we were ordering hers and also inhaled it.

The flight home the next day was worse but I just dont have time to blog that too, maybe another day....

Needless to say, I am done with Vacations for a while!

Some Things To Think About....

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints.
We spend more, but have less we buy more, but enjoy less.
We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees, but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment.
More experts, yet more problems. More medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much love too seldom& hate too often....
We've learned how to make a living, but not a life... We've added years to life but not life to years.
We've been all the way to the moon and back...but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice.
We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small charactersteep profits and shallow relationships.
These are the days of two incomes but more divorce fancier houses, but broken homes.
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share these insights, or to just hit delete...

I came across this today and thought I would share. Think of how much better everyone would be if they did these! Oh my gosh!

1. Be Impeccable with your word. Say only what you mean!

2. Don't take anything personally! When you are immune to the opinions & actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3.Don't make Assumptions! Express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and DRAMA!

4.ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST! Your best is ever-changing. Under any circumstances simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgement, self abuse and REGRET!
