Catching Up For The Month Of June

Well things have surely picked up around here this month. Between Young Womens Camp Fundraiser Yard Sale, Dentist appts, Dr. Appts, Birthday Parties, Recent Car Purchases, Positive Pregnancy Pee-Stick Tests,Broken Legs, Possible Blindness, Lake Trips, and Morning Sickness/Baby fatigue I am about dead these days. Besides, I keep forgetting to upload pictures from my camera too. Hopefully we will get thru July ok and then the big girls start school August 6th HOORAY!!

Here are some pics of our YW Camp Fundraier yard Sale too! We did so good-we paid for all the YW in the ward to go to camp and them some! :)

Our massive Clothes Mound. I was sooo done looking at all these clothes all day then having to load them back up and take them all to Good Will was HORRIBLE!

Our Brother-In-Law Adam broke his leg the weekend after Memorial Day weekend riding his dirtbike. (the same day I am helping the YW with the yard sale) Basically his Right let is pretty much broken from his knee down so that means no work for him which means more work for Sol. So in order to help Adam with his work and still keep up with his, Sol has been working almost every Saturday this month. And if hes not working we are over there trying to help Rachel and Adams brother Jay take care of him. There is no way I would be able to survive a day having to take care of a total cripple like that-I now pray every day that Sol stays healthy and able to work and take care of himself.

Speaking of Sols health, one more thing on that note. A couple weeks ago Sol started complaining about his eyes hurting, his depth perception was off, rings around the lights at night, even that his vision was foggy-all this WITH his glasses on. So we get him to his eye dr. and the dr says "well, your vision has dramatically changed in the last 5 months and I am not sure why, you need to see a specialist as soon as possible." So that puts my WONDERFUL prengnat hormones in full swing. I instantly start freaking out thinking Sol is going blind. "oh my gosh, your not going to be able to see the girls grow up and get married, you may not be able to see this babys birth, etc." So the next morning Rachel keeps the girls while I take Sol to the specialist and he says well its either an infection in the eye or herpes. So I start looking at Sol like ok do you have something to tell me?!? Well then the dr looks at me and says No, its not genital herpes its like the herpes that some people get with Cold Sores. I get BAD cold sores, like HUGE 3rd eye type Cold Sores on my lip. The infection was likely caused by Sol swimming in good ole OLD HICKORY lake a week before that when he was dumb and jumped in the water with his glasses on so he had to open his eyes under water and fish around for them on the bottom of the lake. So I start relaxing at this point and practically drag Sol out of there telling him thats exactly why I dont get in that nasty lake, blah blah blah! Then what do I know 3 days later, A FREAKIN 3RD EYE BALL ON MY BOTTOM LIP! I told Sol thats what I get for being a good wife and kissing his eyes better! Sols doing MUCH better now, he has to keep doing his eye drops every 2 hours for a while still now but at least his vision is better now and hes not going blind or has glaucoma. Oh ya and the day of the dr appt. we go to Panera Bread because I am craving it so bad- I love the turkey atrichoke sandwich with the cheddar broccoli soup. We finish up eating walk outside and I instantly get sick from the smell of the tire store in the parking lot and we dont even get to the car before I am puking everything I just ate right back up! It even got in my hair so I had to go borrow clothes from Rachel and shower at her house because I was making myself sick from the smell then I get done and Sol tells me we are going to the lake so I then have to go to Target and find a swimsuit but to no avail due to my increasing bust/belly. So now Panera doesnt even sound good to me anymore! :(

In between Adams leg breaking and Sols blindness, I GOT A NEW TO ME CAR! I got a 2004Mercury Mountaineer. Most of the bells and whistles included. Leather seats, Rear Air, CD player. The only thing I want done to it is put in an electric start so it will start cooling off or in the winter heating up before we have to get in it and I also want to darken the windows a bit more. It has some but my seat is soo dang hot when I get in still. It seats 7 so even with all of us in it until Feb. we have 2 extra seats, its crazy having extra room AND being able to go places while Sol is at work.

The girls also had thier first Dentist appt this week on Tuesday. Happy to report NO CAVATIES for Kylee but Chelsea had 3 small ones between her back teeth. Two on one side, one on the other side. They said that her mouth is so small that its still nearly impossible to floss back there so ther isn't really much I could have done to help it. I have to take her back in Sept. for them to fix one side then they have to fix the other side later. I was gonna get pictures but I forgot my camera, WOOPS!

We went to the lake last Saturday while Rachel and Adam were in Texas so we decided to relax and go the lake. The kids loved it. We went to a part in the lake where they had a sand beach for the kids to play so we docked and let them run for a bit.

We also have done Chelseas 4th Birthday party this month too. Her birthday is on the 5th but since Adam had to keep going into surgury for his leg about once a week for the first couple weeks we postponed the party till the 10th. So here are pictures of her birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. Earlier that day I took the kids to Walmart to pick up the cake and when we got home Emma had gotten into it and ruined it. So I had to take it back and have them redecorate it. They did fix it but not without some arguing and drama involved. I almost threw the cake at the bakery manager! :S
I have been starting to potty train Emma this past while too. I have found its much easier to potty train girls in the summer when they can wear dresses rather then full on jeans, socks, shoes, and all the winter warm gear. I got a funny video clip of her on the potty the other day and had to share. She was in the tub with the big girls and was yelling for me that she "pooped" so I go check the tub and there was nothing there but I thought I should go put her on there just in case. Sorry its Crooked! Just tilt your head! lol

Quatro

Well I went to my first OB appt today for "Quatro" (we have started calling this baby Quatro-since its baby number 4 or Two Scoops because I put 2 scoops of protien in my smoothies every morning) and everything looks good. Due date is set for Feburary 12, 2009 so that makes me 6 weeks and 2 days along. I even got to hear the heartbeat, its so crazy to hear it for the first time, I love it!

Chelseas 4th Birthday

Per Chelseas Request we are doing Chelseas 4th Birthday Party at Chuck E. Cheese by the church and Rivergate Mall in Madison at 6 PM-anyone and everyone is invited. We have the table reserved for the whole night so if you can come for 20 min or the whole time, please do. The kids always love this place and since its on a weekday night it wont (at least I hope) be too crowded. Chels cant decide weather to have me make one or order one but we will order a couple pizzas and some drinks and tokens for the kids to play. Let me know if you can come so I can plan accordingly! I will send out invites later on when it gets closer but everyone is invited!

Thanks Babe!

OK so if you cant tell I have been going a little picture crazy lately. WHY? Maybe its because SOL GOT ME A NEW CAMERA!! YAY! I have been wanting a new camera for a while now but those darn bills keep needing to be paid-Imagine that I know! But Sol did manage to get me one for Mothers Day (ok it wasnt On mothers day, it was the weekend after, the day we went to the zoo but close enough) So here are some pics of the day after right before we went to church. Since then I have had Rachel do my hair. I am now MUCH BLONDER than I am in these pics. I love it!

The Nashville Zoo

We went to the Zoo this weekend. Sol and I are switching off every other weekend choosing what we do that weekend so that nobody always gets to do the same thing and it avoids the whole Doing the Same thing every weekend mess/fight. It is such a nice zoo-most of the trails are shaded with branches so if you go on a nice day its actually pretty good. So we are now proud members of The Nashville Zoo so we can go anytime we stinkin want. The girls just LOVED it!
